At Blueberry, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Blueberry account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the included packing slip is placed inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
